Well It was my first day at my new Job and as always it’s a new week and a new time to try and really work hard to lose this weight!

I have not weighed myself yet this week so gawd knows how much i weigh!

I have less than 2 weeks to my joint Birthday party with my Fiance and the task i set of losing 6 pounds before the party is so not close!

So here it is: New Job, New Diet yes i really am going to sew my mouth up and try to not eat! i have a extra 10 mins to walk to work so its now a 30 mins walk each way – so i am getting the governments daily exercise they keep banging on about. So lets just see, Of course i will keep you guys updated ;)

Today i ate:

Breakfast – Crunchy nut cornflakes with semi skimmed milk

Lunch – whole grain brown bread with tuna and sweetcorn sandwich

Tea – Low fat Birdseye Chicken Tikka meal

So not doing to bad – Oh and i had a small glass of Rose wine lol!

    It is very hard for us busy woman to try and eat healthy.

    I have been getting a boots meal deal every day at work. what i do is:

    Have a Banana when i start to feel hungry in the morning (this keeps me happy till lunch)

    Then get my boots lunch (shapers of course!) I will have my sandwich/salad first then have my low fat snack later when i start feeling hungry.

    I think the best thing is to listen to your body, and don’t leave it too long when you start feeling hungry because that’s when you over eat!
